CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33(TRA) Relating to                          
Federal Aviation Administration approval of installations of tundra            
tires on aircraft, was read the second time.                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.           
Senator Duncan objected.
